1. Volunteers will not be charged to attend the conference.

2. volunteers will also be allowed to attend pre-conference presentations 

3. volunteers will also help to set up equipment 

4. Presenters are not permitted to be volunteers  

5. All chosen volunteers will receive a volunteer agreement agreements must be signed and returned to be registered as a volunteer
